Pantaya, a premier destination for Spanish-language movies and series, was experiencing increasing competition in a competitive market. In order to compete, the company sought to improve its cost per acquisition of customers. Pantaya sought a partner that could help them assess their conversion funnel and identify opportunities to improve subscriptions for their programming.

What we did:
- Conducted research into their users’ buy flow behavior using analytics tools implemented in the apps and website application
- Identified opportunities to increase optimization removing steps and worked closely with their internal team to establish feasibility tests
- Leveraged our proprietary A/B testing environemtn to build a feasibility test and conducted regular analysis and adjustments to deliver targeted results
Impact:
- Drove a 5% increase in conversion to subscriptions, driving an additional 2,000-3,000 subscribers in the first month
- 10% reduction in churn of prospective subscribers
